Kris Humphries can breathe a sigh of relief following reports that his ex girlfriend Myla Sinanaj is not pregnant with his child.

A source close to Myla had confirmed to TMZ that she was three months pregnant and that Kris – whom she briefly dated following his split from Kim Kardashian - was "definitely the father".

But the 25-year-old denies she’s expecting, reportedly telling a photographer in Jersey that she’s "definitely not pregnant" and posting a picture of herself in a bikini on Twitter, saying "look no baby bump" and adding that she was just a "thick curvy girl".

While RadarOnline reports her lawyer Joe Tacopina - who had been hired when Kris accused the hotel worker of trying to extort him - has fired Myla as a client, she says on Twitter that she had asked for an invoice and dropped the law-suit.

"I dropped my law suit because after things got out of hand me and kris realized our friendship was bigger than the BS I never cared."

Meanwhile, an insider tells the site: "Kris is relieved that Myla isn't pregnant because he just isn't ready to start a family yet.

"This is just the sort of drama that Kim Kardashian's lawyers would love to present at the divorce trial."
