Jack Osbourne has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

The 26-year old father to two-month-old daughter Pearl, discovered he had the disease after losing sixty percent of his vision in his right eye.

He tells Hello! magazine he had feelings of anger prior to his diagnosis, which was followed by sadness, but insists he’s refusing to let it get him down.

'The timing was so bad. I'd just had a baby, work was going great - I kept thinking, "Why now?"

'After that I realised being angry and upset is not going to do anything - if anything it's only going to make it worse.

"Adapt and overcome" is my new motto.'

The reality TV star says his fiancee Lisa Stelly has been a pillar of support and positivity.

'Jack will have to change his life for the better - get healthier, not get stressed,' she says.

Jack’s parents Sharon and Ozzy say they’re still coming to terms with the shock diagnosis, which affects the brain and nervous system and can result in blindness, slurred speech, muscle weakness and a loss of co-ordination.

'I keep thinking, "What did I do wrong? What did I eat or drink when I was pregnant?" Says Sharon. 'I feel like it's somehow my fault.'
