One night me and Clay the Sound Guy went to check out 'Le Baron' - which is the notoriously hard-to-get-into VIP Bar on Avenue Marceau.

Normally these sorts of places are full of tossers listening to bad music that is a mixed-off of iTunes by some celebrity fashion blogger. Le Baron, however, was awesome with its great music, great bar and some of the most 'far too good-looking for their own good' people I'd ever met in my life. Luckily, Clay the sound guy is such a stud and often gets mistaken to the Mills & Boom cover star Fabio- so we got whisked right in.
I met a really cool girl called Hermaine Chanteau, a design student whose English was particularly bad. The only thing she really knew how to say was "motherf**ker" - which I don't think she realised was actually an offensive word. Basically she alternated the word to every exclamation mark. For instance, she'd say;"I like this drink mothef**cker!", "Shall we go and dance motherf**cker?". She got away with it too because she was pretty cute.
The next day she agreed to show me around, and we did the Eiffel and ate lots of yummy salmon tartare, and then she took me to what she called a 'happening'. It was basically a whole lot of fairly bohemian Parisians chilling out on over-sized tyres, smoking weed, drinking beer, reciting poetry and writing on a wall. Felt very 'Beatnikesque'. I had fun mothef**ker!
