Rossum's steamy way to cope with love split

The 'Phantom of the Opera' actress, 23, is in the middle of divorcing music executive Justin Siegel, and says an intensive form of yoga keeps her head clear - and too busy to check her phone.

She said: "I get really bored easily of a certain exercise. Right now I'm into Bikram, which is hell. It's 105 degrees for 90 minutes.

"It makes my head really clear. It's 90 minutes where you can't check your cell phone and no one can get to you. I find even when I'm on the treadmill sometimes I'm checking my phone."

The actress was recently reported to be dating Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz, but has remained coy about her new relationship despite sources claiming to see the pair kissing after performing together at a charity concert in September.

She said: "I really can't say whether I'm with him or not. But I get why chicks dig him. He's extremely kind, incredibly intelligent, thoughtful, creative and respectful."
