Based on the supernatural comic novel by Trey Hamburger (a pen name of "Official Ninja Book" author Robert Hamburger), "Ghost/Aliens" centers on Trey Hamburger (Sadowski) and his loyal best friend, Mike Stevens (O'Donnell), who set out to expose the truth about the existence of ghosts and aliens.
Also cast in the pilot, written by Phil Johnston, are Rebecca Wisocky as Trey's volatile single mom and Kaylee DeFer ("The War at Home") as a member of Trey's quartet of alien hunters and his possible love interest.
The material also is being developed as a feature film for Viacom sibling Paramount Vantage. If "Ghost/Aliens" is picked up as a series on Comedy Central, the show's cast would be attached to star in the potential movie.
Sadowski, recently seen in "Friday the 13th," next co-stars in the comedy feature "The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard."
"Paul Blart: Mall Cop" co-star O'Donnell next will be seen in the romantic comedy-drama "When in Rome."
