How Becks get dressed

By Splash David Beckham jokes that it took him hours to pick out his outfit for a US TV appearance - because wife Victoria was overseas.

The football ace said he wasn't sure what to pick out of his wardrobe because she normally helps him out.

Complimented by interviewer Brian Kilmeade on his casual style, David, 33, said: "It took me a while because my wife is in England.

"So it took me a while to sort of make sure I had the right outfit.

Becks - in a purple V-necked sweater, white shirt and loosely-tied black tie - added: "I always ask for her opinion."

Meanwhile Kilmeade's co-hosts on morning television show Fox & Friends joked with him about his close relationship with the England and Los Angeles Galaxy star.

Brian Kilmeade said: "He has a tattoo on the back of his neck, I didn't realize that."

Fellow presenter Steve Doocy joked: "And how did you find that?"

Host Gretchen Wilson added: "Did you have make-up on in that shot?"
