The glamour model got chummy with Katona on ITV show I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here in 2004 but says she is now a completely different girl to the one she was then.

Katona's drug, money and relationship problems with husband Mark Croft have been well publicised since their marriage in February 2007.

Outspoken Price said: "I think Mark is absolute s**t for her. I think she should leave him.

"I just want to give Kerry a big cuddle, take her under my wing and just knock some sense into her.

"She's got bad people around her. I do feel sorry for her I really do because she's not the girl I met in the jungle.

"She seems really down. I'd love her to come down and have a nice day with the kids and just have some fun," she said on Channel 4's The Charlotte Church Show.
